Weird Nightmare bring their alternative rock and indie rock songs to The Hug and Pint in Glasgow on 2 September 2026. Led by Alex Edkins of METZ, the project leans into melodic hooks and raw edges, carrying over the intensity of his other work into a more tuneful setting. With material from the 2022 self-titled debut and newer singles in the mix, this Glasgow gig gives their studio output a live jolt in an intimate room. Fans of guitar-driven rock can expect tightly wound riffs, punchy rhythms and direct, emotionally charged songwriting up close.
