Le Vent Du Nord bring their Québécois folk and néo-trad sound to Sub Rooms in Stroud on 1 October 2026. The group draw on traditional French-Canadian repertoire and contemporary folk influences, folding in dance tunes, call-and-response songs and rich vocal harmonies. Expect fiddle, accordion and rhythmic foot percussion driving arrangements that highlight the band’s roots in Québécois néo-trad while keeping a strong melodic focus. This Sub Rooms show is a chance to hear their take on folk traditions in an intimate setting, with the band carrying the full evening’s performance.
