Emerging from Birmingham, Big Special arrive on the back of releases such as the singles "BUTCHER’S BIN" and "STAY DOWN, LAZARUS," plus the album "Postindustrial Hometown Blues," with "NATIONAL AVERAGE." following in 2025. Glasgow outfit The Joy Hotel, whose catalogue includes tracks like "Jeremiah," "Killing Time" and "Old Man’s Eyes," continue their run of dates with Big Special here. This gig places two committed touring bands together in an intimate Cardiff setting.
