Bootleg Blondie bring their acclaimed Blondie tribute show to The Crescent in York on 18 September 2026. Formed in 2001, the band is known for its close connection to Blondie’s original members, having shared stages with drummer Clem Burke and founding bassist and songwriter Gary Valentine. Endorsed by Debbie Harry, Clem Burke and Chris Stein, Bootleg Blondie focus on recreating the sound and spirit of the original band’s catalogue, from ‘Heart of Glass’ to ‘Atomic’. This York gig offers a chance to hear those songs live in an intimate setting at one of the city’s key grassroots venues.
