The Specials Ltd bring their Gangsters show to The Lemon Tree in Aberdeen on 26 March 2027, joined by The Specials in support. With The Specials’ catalogue rooted in 2 tone, ska, reggae and rocksteady, the bill leans into the sharp rhythms and socially charged edge that defined late-1970s British new wave. Their history spans releases such as the albums "Protest Songs 1924–2012" and "Encore", along with the 2023 single "Ghost Town (re‐recorded – sped up)", giving plenty of material for a live set. This Aberdeen gig focuses on that legacy in an intimate venue setting.
