The Fabulous Thunderbirds bring their blues, blues rock and electric Texas blues to St Georges in Bristol on 27 January 2027. Formed in Austin in 1974, the band centre their live sound around Kim Wilson’s harmonica and vocals, drawing on a catalogue that includes tracks like "(I Know) I’m Losing You" and "Bad Boy". This Bristol gig follows the release of their 2024 album "Struck Down", featuring nine new Wilson and Steve Strongman co-writes and a cover of Memphis Minnie’s "Nothin’ in Ramblin’". Fans of Texas blues will find this St Georges performance rooted firmly in that tradition.
