The Mountain Goats bring their folk rock, indie folk and indie rock songbook to Hackney Church in London on 21 October 2026, led by John Darnielle’s narrative-driven writing and lo-fi roots. The show lands shortly after the release of their album "Days", extending a catalogue that already includes "Dark in Here", "Getting Into Knives" and "Goths". Craig Finn & The Band Of Forgiveness open the performance, adding another perspective on storytelling-driven rock. Together they frame an evening grounded in detailed lyricism and guitar-led arrangements in the distinctive setting of Hackney Church.
