Bywater Call bring their Toronto roots rock and southern soul sound to Yellow Arch Studios in Sheffield on 31 January 2027. Led by Meghan Parnell’s vocals with Dave Barnes on guitar and a full horn section of trumpet and tenor sax, the seven-piece lean into gritty ballads and driving anthems. Their set is likely to draw from recent work such as "Shepherd" and the live EP "Sunshine - Live In 2024", showcasing the interplay between keys, rhythm section and brass. For Sheffield fans of blues-inflected rock and deep southern soul, this gig centres firmly on Bywater Call.
