Downpour bring their experimental IDM project to The Deaf Institute - The Lodge in Manchester on 20 September 2026. Led by Chris Adams of Hood, the set draws on his detailed electronic productions, from the atmospheric textures of releases like the EPs “Do you remember when it was all about the drums?”, “4 More Insignificances” and “Windstorms Broken Microphones EP” to tracks such as “100 Years of Solitude” and “Darkness on the edge of the dancefloor”. This Manchester gig follows previous outings at The Deaf Institute, giving Adams space to explore rhythm, abstraction and intricate sound design in a focused live setting.
