The Orb join forces with Ozric Tentacles for a one-off Boiler Shop gig in Newcastle Upon Tyne on 12 November 2026, uniting ambient dub, electronic and progressive rock. The Orb draw on their ambient, ambient house and ambient techno palette, building long-form textures and dubbed-out rhythms. Ozric Tentacles bring instrumental electronic work, jam band energy and progressive rock structures, extending their psychedelic sound into more expansive territory. Together they create a bill rooted in exploratory electronic music, with live instrumentation from Ozric Tentacles set against The Orb’s immersive soundworlds in the industrial surrounds of Boiler Shop.
