Winter In The Sun brings Cardinals back to Limelight 1 in the United Kingdom on 18 May 2027, this time leading a packed alternative rock line-up. The Cork band’s shoegaze-infused sound, heard on singles like "Big Empty Heart", "Barbed Wire" and "Unreal", anchors a bill that leans into guitar-driven intensity. Belfast’s Esmeralda Road join following releases such as "I Think", while Limerick rock group Theatre add material from their "Incarnate" era. Local outfit Madams Last Discovery, known for psychedelic post-punk and their EP "the world's end", appear alongside Croithe for a dense, riff-heavy performance at Limelight 1.
