Cory Wong - The Fretboard Odyssey
Saturday, December 5, 2026 - The Great Hall, Cardiff
The Fretboard Odyssey concludes at Great Hall on 5 December 2026, with Cory Wong closing the run in full funk and jazz flight. His guitar work, heard on albums like “The Lucky One” and “Power Station”, drives arrangements that blur smooth jazz, R&B and tight funk rhythms. Mark Lettieri brings instrumental and jazz fusion edge, trading lines with Wong across extended sections. Henrik Linder and Kevin Gastonguay underpin the set, while Ariel Posen and Louis Cato reinforce the collaborative feel of the band. As the final night, the Cardiff show captures the tour’s funk and jazz ideas distilled on stage.
