Borderline Festival Ver. 4. 2027 closes on 20 February at The Workman’s Club, Project Arts Centre, The New Theatre, drawing its three-night story together. August tops a bill where Cowboy Hunters’ grunge and punk rock collide with Piss’ noise rock and punk assault. Meltt’s alternative and psychedelic rock with folk hues return alongside Maquina.’s Lisbon-rooted psychedelia, keeping the festival’s trippy edge prominent. Mouth Ulcers bring coldwave, dark wave, deathrock and gothic rock atmospheres, while Hotwax and Gans underline the rock centre. Victor Jones’ jazz presence adds late-run contrast to this final Borderline performance.
