The March Violets bring their gothic rock catalogue to The Ferret in Preston on 4 November 2026, headlining a bill rooted in the darker edges of alternative music. Drawing on records such as "Play Loud Play Purple: Complete Singles 1982-85 & More" and "The Palace Of Infinite Darkness", they appear here following the release of 2024’s "Crocodile Promises". London outfit Department S open the show with punk and post-punk tension, folding in staples like "Is Vic There?", "Age Concern" and "Fighting Irish". Together they turn The Ferret into a meeting point for gothic rock atmosphere and punchy punk hooks.
