Shade returns to The Ferret on 21 November 2026, this time stepping into the headline slot at the Preston venue. The artist’s ongoing presence on the UK circuit, including previous Ferret appearances and a notable Gorilla headline in Manchester, feeds into a set tailored to the room’s close quarters. Experimental lo-fi duo Guests open the show, threading in material from "I wish I was special" and their singular catalogue. Together, Shade and Guests create one of the month’s more off-centre pairings, bridging songwriter-led material and esoteric sound experiments within the same night.
