On 6 November, The Joiners Arms moves into hazier territory as Night Swimming headline with their Bath-born dream pop. Drawing from singles such as “Evergreen” and “Whispers On Argyle” and their “No Place To Land” EP, they lean on shimmering guitars and softly pulsing rhythms. Brighton’s Opal Mag join them, folding alternative pop songcraft, dream pop atmospherics and shoegaze-fuzz guitar into their set, informed by tracks like “Goodbye Lavender” and “Love to See You Shine”. Together, the two bands give the venue a gauzy, late-night feel, trading sharp hooks for reverb-heavy, slow-blooming melodies.
