Positioned between the March shows and the incoming Glasvegas date, their appearance keeps the guitar-driven backbone of the Recently Announced at the Brudenell Social Club series intact. While earlier gigs lean into post-genre experimentation from Hex Girlfriend and the narrative songwriting of Noah Gundersen, this night continues the emphasis on direct, song-centred performance. It sits as a later chapter in a story that eventually arcs out of the Brudenell and into O2 Academy Leeds for Beth Gibbons.
