Friday, December 11, 2026 - O2 Academy2, Liverpool

• The Highstool Prophets

Liverpool Concert Season concludes at O2 Academy2 Liverpool on 11 December 2026 with The Highstool Prophets, closing the run in folk style. The Cavan group, known for live releases like “Live at The Town Hall, Cavan”, specialise in Irish folk standards such as “Galway Girl”, “Grace”, “McAlpine’s Fusiliers” and “Whisky in the Jar”. Having previously headlined the same room in January 2026, they return to finish an eight-date December sequence that has moved from alternative rock and classic rock through hip hop. Fiddles, acoustic guitars and communal choruses bring the season to a traditional, high-spirited finale.
