Hootie & the Blowfish
Monday, May 10, 2027 - O2 Academy, Glasgow
Hootie & The Blowfish launch their May 2027 UK run at O2 Academy Glasgow on 10 May, bringing their melodic pop rock and rock sound to the academy stage. The band’s catalogue, including material from albums such as "Imperfect Circle" and singles like "Bottle Rockets", gives them plenty of scope for a set built around hook-heavy choruses and polished arrangements. Spin Doctors join as support, adding alternative rock, blues rock and funk rock grooves with an indie pop twist. As the first night of five dates, this Glasgow show sets the tone for a short British tour built around guitar-driven songwriting.
