Brass Against - Back To The UK 2027

Monday, April 12, 2027 - Brudenell Social Club, Leeds

On 12 April 2027 Brass Against bring Back To The UK 2027 to Brudenell, threading brass band textures through hard rock, metal and punk. The set focuses on their trademark approach of reworking rock and metal catalogue cuts, including “Bullet With Butterfly Wings”, “Ænema” and “War Pigs”, while spotlighting original material from “Brass Against V” and “VI”. Trombones, trumpets and saxophones carry riffs usually reserved for guitar, backed by a rhythm section locked to punk tempos and metal dynamics. In an intimate room, the detail of the arrangements and the weight of the low brass land with particular clarity.
