THE FERRET 20TH BIRTHDAY WEEKENDER and October & November Listings

Tuesday, October 27, 2026 - The Ferret, Preston

E.m.o.m. brings an electronic open mic format to The Ferret on 27 October 2026, foregrounding laptops, synths and live hardware over guitars. As the 20th Birthday Weekender rolls towards its final stretch, this night invites producers and electronic performers to test material on the Preston venue’s system. The format contrasts with the tightly curated band bills elsewhere in the schedule, echoing the Yam jam and Annie-claude Deschênes’ showcase while remaining more open-ended. It underlines the role of The Ferret as a space for both finished shows and in-progress experiments.
