O2 Academy Leicester October Gigs
Wednesday, October 14, 2026 - O2 Academy, Leicester
Midway through October 2026, O2 Academy Leicester hosts Lets Disko: Abba Vs Queen! on 14 October. The themed night pivots the venue back towards pop after the rock-driven presence of Elvana: Elvis Fronted Nirvana, setting up a contrast with the alternative and indie bands that follow. With Transvision Vamp and Yee Loi due the next evening and The Wonder Stuff and Inspiral Carpets bringing alternative rock, grebo, britpop, indie pop and madchester later in the week, this Lets Disko show adds a pop-focused counterpoint within the month-long series.
