O2 Academy Islington October Shows

Tuesday, October 6, 2026 - O2 Academy Islington, London

• Mateus Asato

On 6 October 2026, guitarist Mateus Asato plays O2 Academy Islington as part of the venue’s mid-October sequence of shows. Slotted between Jj’s opera-pop appearance and a run of rock and metal acts, this date offers a change of pace within the broader programme. Asato’s appearance adds a musician-led focus to the month, placing detailed guitar work at the centre of the room’s sound system and continuing the venue’s pattern of hosting both band-led nights and performances built around a single player.
