O2 Academy Islington Gig Season
Saturday, November 14, 2026 - O2 Academy Islington, London
Antarctic Monkeys bring the O2 Academy Islington Gig Season to a close on 14 November 2026 with their Arctic Monkeys tribute show. Following Power Of Dreams and the atmospheric black metal of Wolves In The Throne Room, their set rounds off a run that has moved between metal, nu metal tributes, pop and multiple homage-focused bills. Known for recreating the Sheffield band’s catalogue in detail, Antarctic Monkeys end a sequence that began with Halloween-themed events, passed through Max & Harvey’s decade-marking pop tour stop and Forever Nu’s anniversary celebration, and finishes with hook-heavy indie rock anthems reimagined on the Islington stage.
