Live Music Events at O2 Academy Brixton

Tuesday, December 8, 2026 - O2 Academy Brixton, London

• The Wonder Stuff
• Inspiral Carpets

The Wonder Stuff launch the O2 Academy Brixton run on 8 December 2026, topping a bill steeped in British alternative rock history. Their guitar-driven grebo sound anchors the show, drawing on decades of material that spans sharp lyricism and dynamic arrangements. Sharing the stage, Inspiral Carpets bring organ-led indie rooted in Madchester, folding britpop and indie pop into the mix. Together they map out a distinctly UK lineage of indie rock and alternative rock, from late‑80s turbulence through 90s chart crossover, in a room built for big choruses and loud, melodic guitars.
