October Live Listings at Concorde 2, Brighton
Tuesday, October 27, 2026 - Concorde 2, Brighton
Grandmaster Flash touches down at Concorde 2 on 27 October 2026, injecting pure hip hop history into a month dominated by bands. Known for innovating turntable techniques and releases like “The Bridge: Concept of a Culture” and “Sugar Hill Adventures: The Collection”, he brings that legacy to an intimate Brighton club setting. Positioned just after Gurriers’ post-punk onslaught and before My New Band Believe’s guitar-led headline, this show marks the genre pivot point of late October. The night centres on DJ craft, cuts and classic tracks, underlining Concorde 2’s role in connecting live music with foundational hip hop culture.
