Simply Red Summer Funk 27

Saturday, August 22, 2026 - THE COOPER ASSOCIATES COUNTY GROUND, Taunton

Summer Funk 27 concludes at Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton on 22 August 2026, marking the final stop of Simply Red’s August run. Following the Newmarket Racecourse date, this closing show wraps up a sequence of eleven outdoor gigs across racecourses, parks and open-air stages. The band lean into their blue-eyed soul and pop catalogue, keeping the dance-pop and soft rock accents that have defined the tour. Arriving after a year that included the "Time" album and ahead of "Recollections", the Taunton performance bookends this particular phase of their live schedule.
