Simply Red Summer Funk 27

Friday, August 14, 2026 - Dreamland, Margate

On 14 August 2026, Simply Red bring Summer Funk 27 to Dreamland, shifting the tour from parkland to seaside fairground. Their set leans into blue-eyed soul and pop soul while keeping the dance-pop edge that runs through the tour branding. Following the Gunnersbury Park appearance, the band continue to work with the broad songbook built up around "Time" and the forthcoming "Recollections", blending older material with newer cuts. The Margate date stands as the final show before a short break, ahead of the next stop at Scarborough’s Open Air Theatre.
