The Booking Hall hosts Gong on 4 July 2026 as the Bright Spirit Tour 2026 moves along its opening stretch. Having already stopped at The Bullingdon, The Fleece and The Junction, the band bring their Canterbury scene heritage, jazz rock drive and exploratory progressive and psychedelic rock to another compact room. Tracks from "Unending Ascending" and "The Universe Also Collapses" sit at the core of the set, framed by space‑rock atmospherics. This mid‑July show is part of a tightly packed early run that precedes a summer of arts centre dates and festival appearances.
