The final night of Simple Minds’ May 2027 UK arena tour lands at Ovo Hydro on 15 May, again with Gary Numan in support. Simple Minds close the run with their blend of art rock architecture, electronic layering, glam rock flair and new wave energy, using the arena setting to frame material from across their career. Gary Numan opens with a dark wave-driven set that leans into electronic rock and broader electronica. As the eighth and last stop, this Glasgow show concludes a sequence of arena gigs built around the meeting point of synth-pop roots and darker electronic currents.
