Known for reworking traditional material alongside originals from albums like "When I’m Called" and the forthcoming "Rebuilding", his storytelling draws on deep folk history and Southern sound worlds. Brudenell’s close-up room suits his unhurried guitar playing and conversational delivery, letting the narratives sit front and centre. As the first stop in a run stretching through to March 2027, this show sets the tone for a series that moves between folk traditions, indie rock, experimental electronics and leftfield beats.
