The Shits finish their Diet Of Worms UK September 2026 run at Cosmic Carnage: Smash It Out on 26 September. The Leeds punk outfit arrive off a month that has taken them from New Ruins Festival through club shows in Manchester and Brighton. Their live set draws on albums "Punishment" and "You’re A Mess", plus early EPs "Drink Your Blood" and "Crawl Through Dirt", threaded with material from "Diet Of Worms". After supporting Unsane at Brudenell Social Club in April, this London date rounds off a concentrated spell of UK punk shows built around the new record.
