Simple Minds bring their IE/UK tour to Dublin’s 3ARENA on 17 May 2027, joined by Gary Numan. The Scottish headliners draw on art rock, new wave, electronic and glam rock, with decades of material that can stretch from early experiments through to recent releases like “Direction of the Heart” and “Your Name In Lights”. Gary Numan’s support slot adds a dark wave and electronic rock dimension, steeped in heavy synthesisers and the stark atmospheres heard on albums such as “Intruder”. Together they frame the show around synth-driven rock and electronica, giving 3ARENA a bill grounded in classic and modern electronic-infused songwriting.
