Milkweed bring their alternative folk and experimental sound to The Bodega in the United Kingdom on 25 September 2026, drawing on work such as their album "Folklore 1979" and earlier release "The Mound People (Danish Bronze‐Age Man Preserved)". Their live history includes appearances at Oslo Hackney and the WESTPORT SOUND event in Malmesbury, and that road-tested approach underpins this intimate Nottingham show. Joining them are Yhwh Nailgun, the American group behind the EP "No Midwife and I Wingflap" and singles including "Castrato Raw (Fullback)" and "Tear Pusher", adding a further experimental edge to the bill.
