Drawing on material from albums such as “The Cross Eyed Rambler” and “The Last King of Pop”, Heaton’s set sits alongside the neo-psychedelia, new wave and alternative rock of Echo & The Bunnymen. Downey opens the show, following releases like “Method to My Madness” and “Lost In Blue”. With all three artists on one bill, this stadium performance links generations of British guitar pop and post-punk-influenced rock in one night.
