Le Vent Du Nord bring their Québec folk and néo-trad sound to Brudenell Social Club on 18 January 2027. Drawing on traditional Québécois roots and progressive folk arrangements, the group create a richly textured performance built around vocal harmonies, fiddle, accordion and rhythmic foot percussion. With over two decades of material behind them, including albums such as “Les voix du vent” and “20 printemps”, the band use their catalogue to explore both driving dance tunes and reflective songs. For Brudenell regulars, this show is a chance to hear francophone folk performed with full ensemble energy in an intimate room.
