Local Band Festival lands at The Leadmill on 16 August 2026 with Artery heading a densely packed line-up. Pulp bring their alternative rock, art rock, britpop and chamber pop catalogue into the mix, adding sharp lyricism and expansive arrangements to a bill otherwise rooted in local bands. The Flying Alphonso Bros., The Scarborough Antelopes, Repulsive Alien and Difficult Decision all take turns on the same stage, joined by The Naughtiest Girl Was A Monitor, Tremmers, Corridor and Station 4. It is a one-off Leadmill gathering built around alternative and art rock energy, threaded through a ten-band run of short, punchy sets.
