James Blake begins a two-night stand at O2 Academy Brixton on 29 September 2026, bringing electronic, experimental, post-dubstep and singer-songwriter material to the Academy’s late-September stretch. Following shows at Union Chapel and festival appearances alongside acts like Oasis, Sam Fender and Arctic Monkeys, this first Brixton date scales his intimate, piano-led writing and dense production up to a full-capacity room. Dropping in after Jill Scott’s neo soul set and before a second night on 30 September, the show helps pivot the venue’s 2026 run from R&B towards the heavier guitars and metalcore still to come.
