Prima Queen bring their all-female indie and alternative rock band to BOILERROOM on 12 August 2026. Fronted by songwriting duo Louise Macphail and Kristin McFadden, they draw on the vulnerable storytelling and nostalgic, gritty textures heard across their work, from the EP “Not The Baby” to singles like “Butter Knife” and “Crow”. With influences including Alvvays, Julia Jacklin, Phoebe Bridgers and Lucy Dacus, Prima Queen’s bittersweet guitar-driven songwriting should suit an intimate room as much as a festival stage, giving BOILERROOM a night anchored in reflective, lyrically rich indie rock.
