On 26 September 2026 The Tubs play The Deaf Institute, taking their alternative rock, dream pop, folk rock and indie rock mix into one of Manchester’s most characterful rooms. Tracks from "Dead Meat" and the "Names" EP anchor the set, with crisp, jangling guitars rubbing against more echo-drenched passages. Having recently appeared with The Wedding Present and on the BREAKFAST 2025 bill, the band approach this show with material road-tested in similarly intimate spaces. The Deaf Institute’s tiered layout keeps the focus on the interplay between rhythm section punch and the band’s melodic, indiepop-leaning songwriting.
