The Kooks return to The Piece Hall on 19 June for a Live At The Piece Hall show grounded in alternative rock, indie pop, indie rock and pop rock. Positioned after The Beach Boys and ahead of Belle And Sebastian, their set continues the series’ thread of guitar-led pop while nodding towards more modern festival-ready indie. Having previously headlined this courtyard, the band now sit within a 15-gig 2026 programme that moves fluidly from pop punk to chamber pop and electronic acts, with this date representing the bright, hook-heavy side of the Halifax run.
