The Courettes launch their August to September 2026 UK run at Rebellion Festival Blackpool on 6 August. The Aalborg duo bring their “wall of sound” punk rock energy, channelling distortion and melody that runs through releases like “Boom! Dynamite” and “Back In Mono”. Drawing on Brazilian and Danish roots, they fold surf-leaning riffs into a dense, garage-leaning attack, echoing the raw hooks of singles such as “California” and “Keep Dancing”. Having recently headlined The Trades Club in Hebden Bridge in August 2025, this opening festival appearance sets the tone for a sequence of tightly packed club shows across the country.
