The second night of VERNFEST 2026 at The Rose and Crown on 24 May closes the two-date run with the same full line-up returning to the stage. Sweet Apple Jam again head the bill, joined by Flawed Legacy, Riverяats, Ditch The Demon and Ground Loop. Dexter In The Newsagent brings her thoughtful, hook-led south London songwriting back to the pub, drawing from songs like "More to Me", "I told ya" and "Special" alongside material from "Fortune Cookie" and "I Do Love a Good Sandwich". India Purton, Black Velvet, Clean Sneak, Stuffed Crust, Tabitha Lily, Mark Harrington, Slim Jim And The Ginsoakers and Imputonence round out the closing show.
