On 7 December 2026 The Pogues arrive at O2 City Hall Newcastle upon Tyne for the penultimate date of their Play The Hits UK run. Coming directly after O2 Academy Brixton and just before the closing show in Glasgow, this seventh stop captures the tour in its final phase. The Pogues remain the only named act on the bill, using the space to focus on a hits-heavy set. The O2 City Hall appearance links the southern and Scottish legs of an eight-gig schedule that began in Portsmouth and has threaded through Rock City and a string of O2 venues.
