The South bring their blend of alternative rock, Britpop, indie pop and indie rock back to THE BROOK in Southampton on 30 October 2026. Active since 2009, the band draw on the same melodic instincts heard on their album "Sweet Refrains" and festive single "Christmas Tills Are Ringing", channelling those songs into a live setting. Following appearances at venues such as Concorde 2 in Brighton and The Horn in St Albans, this show focuses on their hook-heavy, guitar-led sound in an intimate setting. Fans of 90s-influenced indie and Britpop will recognise the textures and choruses they specialise in.
