Sleaford Mods launch their early 2026 UK run at Academy Manchester on 7 February, bringing their taut mix of art punk, electronic beats, grime textures and hip hop cadence to the Academy stage. The duo’s stripped-back production and wired rhythms sit at the intersection of punk attitude and minimal electronics, giving this opening show a sharp, rhythm-driven focus. With the rest of the tour moving on to academy rooms around the country, this first gig frames the run’s sound: harsh-edged drum loops, stark bass and machine-funk patterns underpinning Jason Williamson’s rapid-fire vocal delivery.
