The Canadian band draw on a catalogue that includes “There’s a Whole World Out There” and “Really Big Shrimp”, pushing a tuneful yet emotionally heavy emo and pop punk sound. Ben Quad’s midwest emo and post-hardcore leanings darken the edges, while Shoreline’s German punk background keeps things punchy and political.
