Independent Venue Week 2026 at The Castle in Luton launches on 28 January with Alien Chicks leading the bill. Following recent headline dates at the same venue and at The 100 Club in London, the band return here to start the run. They are joined by Brighton solo artist Ellis·d, whose catalogue spans art rock, baroque drama, garage punk bite and garage rock drive, bringing a left-leaning guitar edge to the night. Golfers complete the line-up, setting up a three-act showcase that leans firmly into adventurous rock and punk-influenced sounds for the opening show.
