Skyclad launch their 2026 UK run at The Cluny on 5 February, opening a six-date stretch that leans hard into celtic metal, celtic rock and folk metal. Drawing on a catalogue that includes albums such as “Forward Into the Past” and compilation “A Bellyful of Emptiness: The Very Best of the Noise Years 1991–1995”, they bring fiddle-laced riffs and folk-rooted hooks into a tight metal framework. With new vocalist and guitarist Al Batchelor in the line-up, this first show gives early sight of the refreshed twist on their sound. Trolød complete the bill in support, setting up the tone for the dates that follow.
