On 23 April 2026, Katherine Priddy brings her folk project These Frightening Machines to Union Chapel in London, in a one-off headline show presented by Crosstown Concerts. Drawing on songs such as “Matches”, “Frightening Machines” and “Hurricane”, she extends the intimate, narrative-driven folk of her recordings into the chapel’s resonant space. Joining the bill, London-based Irish songwriter Seamus Fogarty adds his own storytelling and multi-instrumental textures, while Familystereo completes the line-up. Together they frame a folk-focused performance that leans into detailed lyrics and atmospheric arrangements within one of the UK’s most characterful live rooms.
